Who Is Noah LaLonde?
Noah LaLonde was born on March 22, 1998, in Macomb, Michigan. He grew up in the Metro Detroit area, and his childhood looked nothing like a typical actor’s origin story. He spent his early years on the ice, playing competitive hockey, not memorizing scripts.
Acting entered the picture almost by accident. He did school plays in elementary school and joined a theatrical choir program in middle school. That spark stayed dormant for years while hockey took priority.
How Old Is Noah LaLonde Right Now?
This is one of the most searched questions about him, and the math is simple. Noah LaLonde was born in 1998, which puts him at 28 years old as of his March 2026 birthday. He’s an Aries, which fans on social media love to point out matches his intense, driven on-screen energy.
His age surprises a lot of viewers. Cole Walter is written as a teenager in the show, and LaLonde plays the role convincingly enough that many assume he’s much younger than he actually is.
Noah LaLonde Height: What We Actually Know
Height claims for LaLonde bounce all over the place online, anywhere from 5’10” to 6 feet. Without an official studio-verified number, the most consistently repeated figure lands around 5 feet 11 inches. Take exact inch claims with a grain of salt until his team confirms one.
What matters more than the number is how he uses his frame. His hockey background gave him an athletic build that reads well on camera, especially in physical scenes that call for both strength and vulnerability.
From Hockey Rinks To Hollywood: The Career Timeline
Noah LaLonde’s path into acting wasn’t fast, and it wasn’t handed to him. Here’s how it actually unfolded, step by step.

He didn’t skip straight to a Netflix lead. LaLonde worked through short films and independent projects first. His early credits include the short “The Smile I Wear” (2020) and “Asbury Park” (2021), where he was credited under the name “Rece.”
Step 3: The Breakthrough Roles
In 2022, things picked up speed. He landed a guest spot on “Criminal Minds: Evolution” as Gael Bruneau, and he starred in the film “Deer Camp ’86” as Wes, a role that earned solid reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.
Step 4: Landing Cole Walter
In April 2022, LaLonde was cast as Cole Walter in “My Life with the Walter Boys.” This single casting decision changed his career entirely.

Nikki Rodriguez And Noah LaLonde: What’s Really Going On
This is the question that brings most people to this article, so let’s handle it directly.
Nikki Rodriguez plays Jackie, the female lead opposite LaLonde’s Cole Walter. Their characters share an intense, slow-burn romance on screen, and that chemistry translated directly into real-world curiosity.
Where The Rumors Started
The speculation kicked off almost as soon as the show premiered in December 2023. Noah LaLonde Girlfriend And Wife: Setting The Record Straight

He appears to be focused on his career and keeping his romantic life, whatever it is, largely out of the public eye.
Fan And Industry Reaction

Industry watchers have also noted his range outside the teen drama space, pointing to “Deer Camp ’86” as proof he can carry more mature material. That versatility is likely why “Guarding Stars” is generating early buzz even before release.
